Christmas is over, so it’s time to start planning your diving for 2017 – and UK-based tour operator Scuba Travel have some wonderful options for you if you want to get things started early.
Here are the details:
Maldives / Carpe Novo Liveaboard / 13th January / Only £2275 / Save £550
After landing in Male you will be taken to the boat and the adventure begins. You have 7 nights on board on a full board basis (twin/double share cabin) – cabin upgrades available. Tea, coffee and drinking water are included in your package. Carpe Diem dives the seasonal hot spots with an average of 3 dives a day and all diving is from a dhoni tender. A dive may be exchanged for a chance to snorkel with manta or whalesharks. A 12lt tank, air fills and weights are included. All trips are fully guided with 2 expert guides. Flights are with Sri Lankan although Scuba Travel is able to book a variety of scheduled airlines. Depending on your itinerary you may require a 1 way domestic flight – your ticket will be given to you locally. Excluded are the Hanivaru entry fee (20 USD p/p for 45 minutes of snorkeling), alcohol, fruit juice, soft drinks, nitrox, additional kit hire and any on board souvenirs. Red Sea / Cyclone Liveaboard / 21st January / Only £850 / Save £100
Cyclone is a true Red Sea classic liveaboard that easily meets the high standards of Scuba Travel’s modern Red Sea liveaboards.

Once you arrive in Manado you will be picked up and taken to the resort. Your standard package includes 7 nights on a full board basis in a traditional villa (2 people sharing) including free laundry service. As standard your package includes 3 boat dives/day, with free nitrox, and unlimited house reef diving (subject to surface supervision). Flights are with Singapore airlines from Heathrow via Singapore but there is also a Manchester departure option with the airline. UK passport holders can obtain a free visa on arrival into Manado. There is a Bunaken National Park entrance fee will be payable locally 150000IDR

Philippines / Kasai Village / 2nd February Only £1895 / Save £200
Dive Moalboal and Pescador as well as more than 30 dive sites and an awesome house reef. Once you arrive in Cebu you will be picked up and taken by land and the Kasai Village resort. Your standard package includes 7 nights in a pool view room on an full board basis – optional room grades available. As standard your package includes 18 air dives. Please do ask your travel consultant if you would like to prebook additional diving. Special day trips are organised and subject to a small supplemental charge paid locally. Flights are with Cathay Pacific, Emirates or Singapore airlines, including regional departures. You will need to pay a departure tax when leaving the Philippines (approx 750php).
