blue o two launch ‘In Focus: Indonesia at Lembeh Resort’ underwater photography workshop with Saeed Rashid
UK based diving tour operator blue o two have announced the latest addition to their ‘In Focus’ underwater photography holiday portfolio with the launch of ‘In Focus: Indonesia at Lembeh Resort’ with trip host Saeed Rashid.
Following the success of blue o two’s ‘In Focus’ photography workshops in the Red Sea and the Maldives hosted by Saeed Rashid of ‘Focus Visuals’, this new itinerary will offer divers the chance to experience some of the best diving Indonesia has to offer. The plethora of dive sites boasting some fantastic underwater photography opportunities near to Lembeh Resort makes it the perfect base for an unforgettable Indonesian diving holiday. Over the course of the trip, and with the assistance of host and photo-pro Saeed Rashid, there is plenty of time to learn some new skills with the warm, critter-filled waters of Indonesia providing the perfect environment to practice.
A seasoned diver and an award-winning published photographer (both above and below the water), Saeed is an energetic and enthusiastic teacher who is committed to helping you get the most out of your camera and pass on some ‘tricks of the trade’.
A lecturer at Bournemouth University and popular speaker at UK dive shows, Saeed will guide you through the underwater photography process from start to finish. He will not only help you to develop your skills to spot and frame your subject to its full potential underwater, but also show you how to polish your images using a variety of simple post-production techniques when back at the resort.
“My aim is to make learning fun, promoting confidence and participation. You can relax and enjoy a memorable holiday, whilst enhancing your underwater photography skills and who knows maybe teach me a top tip of your own,” says Saeed.
The ‘In Focus: Indonesia at Lembeh Resort’ itinerary will be a shore-based diving holiday running from the 2nd – 14th September 2015 with the package price of £2995 including flights, transfers, 10 nights full board accommodation in a Garden View room at the Lembeh Resort (room upgrades available at extra charge upon request), up to 24 guided boat dives plus unlimited self-guided house reef dives – any time day or night.
