In addition to being Emeritus Professor of Learning and Teaching at Manchester Metropolitan University, Jack Collier author Fred Lockwood is also a PADI Master Scuba Diver, and has combined his talents to create a series of books which feature a team of divers who set-up the Marine Salvage & Investigation Company – a profession that seems to get them more than their fair share of adventures.
