The Indo Aggressor is a beautiful, traditionally crafted phinisi that offers a touch of luxury in the National Park. It sleeps just 16, and each of the cabins is air conditioned and has a private bathroom. With a staff of 17, each guest is fully looked after on with facilities including a sun deck and entertaining salon, a trip aboard the Indo Aggressor promises to be unforgettable both beneath the waves and topside. Photographers, too, are well catered for with camera table and charging station.
Komodo National Park was officially declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991 and remains one of the largest protected zones on the planet. A liveaboard is, without doubt, the best way of exploring the Park, allowing unrivalled access to the three major islands; Komodo, Rinca and Padar , but the countless smaller ones too. Only on these legendary islands do Komodo dragons, survivors of the prehistoric carnivores that thrived in tropical Asia some 100 million years ago, still live and roam freely.
The waters offer an incredible diversity or marine life with more than 1,000 species of fish, 385 species of reef building corals, 70 species of sponges, 10 dolphin species, 6 whale species, giant sea turtles, dugongs, and various species of sharks and rays. There are over 50 dive sites to explore, varying from colourful shallow coral gardens to fast flowing drift dives along the walls, pinnacles rising from the deep and calm conditions in the bays where macro life is prolific in the volcanic sands.

Over the next 12 months, specialist scuba holiday company Dive Worldwide will be supporting Bite-Back Shark & Marine Conservation with donations collected from client bookings to any one of its stunning dive destinations around the world. The independently-owned operator expects to raise £3000 for the UK charity.

Bite-Back is running campaigns to hold the media to account on the way it reports shark news along with a brand new nationwide education programme. Last year the charity was credited for spearheading a UK ban on the import and export of shark fins.
