Southern Red Sea Photography Workshop with Saeed Rashid
Award-winning photographer Saeed Rashid has teamed up with Oonasdivers to offer a fantastic NEW Underwater Photography Workshop taking place at Red Sea Diving Safari’s Marsa Nakari. This unique Southern Red Sea village offers divers exclusive access to many world famous off shore reefs, and benefits from an extensive and diverse house reef minutes from shore, with hard and soft corals of offshore quality.
Saeed is a lecturer at Bournemouth University, a popular speaker at UK dive shows, Editorial Consultant for Diver Magazine and member of BSoUP. He is a popular choice for photography workshops for his approachability, energy, enthusiasm and sense of fun, which will make your experience memorable as well as informative. Saeed’s expertise coupled with Red Sea Diving Safari’s unique and relaxed atmosphere is a perfect combination to help you to develop your skills to capture your subject to its full potential underwater, then when back on land guide you through a series of simple post-production techniques.

Over the next 12 months, specialist scuba holiday company Dive Worldwide will be supporting Bite-Back Shark & Marine Conservation with donations collected from client bookings to any one of its stunning dive destinations around the world. The independently-owned operator expects to raise £3000 for the UK charity.
Manager at Dive Worldwide, Phil North, said: “We’re especially excited to work with Bite-Back and support its intelligent, creative and results-driven campaigns to end the UK trade in shark products and prompt a change in attitudes to the ocean’s most maligned inhabitant.”
Bite-Back is running campaigns to hold the media to account on the way it reports shark news along with a brand new nationwide education programme. Last year the charity was credited for spearheading a UK ban on the import and export of shark fins.
