RESERVATION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve max revenue
• Development, maintenance, reservation of OTA and agency bookings, incl. agreements, website feature, listings, catalog, marketing co-ops
• Develop business, research and optimize sales opportunities, build up central reservation system
• Monitor billing arrangements and consolidation of monthly reports
• Work closely with dive centers, spas, res girls, web developer for keeping websites updated
• Build and utilize database
• Participate in relevant exhibitions
• Communicate promos & travel deals, target need periods, ensure rates and listings are up to date
• Monitors, coordinate group reservations
