Tribute to Aggressor Adventures’ Wayne Hasson
The Scubaverse Team was very sad to hear the news this weekend that Aggressor Adventures’ President, Wayne Hasson, has passed away after a long illness. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
Here is a statement and video tribute from Aggressor Adventures:
It is with very heavy and broken hearts that we inform you that Aggressor Adventures’ President, Wayne Hasson, has lost his prolonged battle with renal cell cancer. His family was by his side and wishes to thank everyone for their love and support throughout this journey.
The dive industry has lost a true legend. Aggressor Adventures would not be where it is today without Wayne Hasson. He will be missed so much by not just our work family but the dive community around the world. We at Aggressor Adventures will do everything possible to keep his vision alive.
Our thoughts & prayers are with his family at this difficult time.
Here is a quote from Aggressor’s CEO & friend, Wayne B. Brown:
“Mentor, innovator, dedicated family man, lover of all things oceans. Wayne Hasson was so many things to so many that it would be impossible to list here. His passion for the scuba diving world was clearly evident to everyone that met him. In the 35 years with Aggressor, he never once wavered in his dedication to the company and its staff. We are all blessed to have crossed paths with him. May his memory and accomplishments be remembered forever.”
