Mike Ball Dive Expeditions Video of the Month: 3 night Fly Dive Cod Hole Exped (Watch Video)

In this series from Australia’s Mike Ball Dive Expeditions, we share their favourite trip videos…

9 – 12 December 2019 – 3 Night – Fly Dive Cod Hole Expedition by Jemma Craig

Best Cairns dive expedition for novice to advanced divers and snorkelers.
Includes Ribbon Reef sites of best biodiversity.

For more information:

December and January provided some fantastic diving weather allowing our expeditions to spend more time in the Coral Sea and diving sites that are rarely visited.  There were also some opportunities to explore new dive sites where the coral was dense and healthy.  We had regular sightings of manta rays as well as one lucky expedition seeing three whale sharks. On another expedition, divers were treated with a pod of 70 plus dolphins that came in close for a curious look as they convoyed north.

Our Far North Exploratory Special Expedition did not disappoint either with spectacular weather and incredible visibility on the pristine and rarely visited reefs North of Lizard Island.  This expedition includes a land visit to Stanly Island to view some ancient indigenous artwork of crocodiles, stingrays and turtles.  Underwater critters seen on this expedition included some coral hermit crabs and grazing juvenile catfish.

All the best for a year of amazing 2020 adventures from everyone at Mike Ball Dive Expeditions!
