Fins Attached, an organisation with the mission to conduct research, promote conservation, and provide education for the protection of the marine ecosystem, is holding its annual fundraising event at the Denver Art Museum in downtown Denver on the 1st November, 2015.
Speaking at the event will be Conservation Advocate and Mission Blue Director Sharon Kwok. Sharon is a force for conservation in the centre of the shark fin trade in Hong Kong. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet Sharon, who has a unique perspective on shark conservation.
Following the fundraiser, Sharon will be joining the organisation on a research trip to Socorro from the 18th – 25th November. Co-hosts Sharon and Alex Antoniou would love to have you join them for this memorable experience, but hurry, there are only 4 spaces available. The cost to be a part of this expedition is just $3,600 per person.
Fins Attached are looking for sponsors for their annual fundraising event, and also for donations for the event’s silent auction. To get involved in the event and/or to book your place on the Socorro trip, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
