Roots Red Sea receive TripAdvisor honour
Congratulations to our friends at Roots Red Sea who have been invited to join TripAdvisor’s Hall of Fame for being awarded five consecutive Certificate of Excellence Awards.
Roots Red Sea has become a popular holiday spot with divers of all nationalities over the years with many guests returning year after year. A small friendly resort aimed at divers, snorkellers and those who want a quiet, peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, Roots also offers the convenience of having the small traditional town of El Quseir on its doorstep. The tag as a camp should not be taken too literally – it relates more to the location than the outstanding accommodations with modern facilities.
Roots Red Sea is managed by British owned and run Pharaoh Dive Club who have an unsurpassed reputation for friendly, helpful staff delivering great personal service. Owners Steve and Clare Rattle have vast experience of the Red Sea having worked in the region for over 25 years.
Their simple mantra is to deliver the holiday the guest wants and treat everyone the way they would liked to be treated themselves; it’s certainly a winning formula. There is a distinct no problem attitude and nothing is too much trouble for the team.
On receiving this latest honour, Steve Rattle said:
“The staff and management would like to offer all our friends and clients our most sincere thanks for their continued support as without their kind words and support this would not have been possible.”
