Duttons Divers to host Scuba Pride 2018
Duttons Divers will be hosting the first ever Scuba Pride event at their home, Vivian Dive Centre in picturesque Snowdonia, North Wales. The event will take place on 21st July 2018 and is open to everyone and in support of the LGBT community, to promote diving for all.
There will be lots going on at the event, including dive manufacturer stands as part of a ‘mini dive-show’, including Apeks & Aqualung, Otter Watersports and PADI, as well as carnival style games based around the quarry area, just for fun! The Duttons Divers team will also be holding a number of ‘Discover dives’ for both non-divers and qualified divers to try.
As the event is being held at Vivian Quarry, the ticket price also includes your days diving, so you can enjoy the day both above and below the water.

Donations from ticket sales and t-shirt sales will go to various LGBT foundations. Tickets can be purchased at www.viviandivecentre.com for both qualified and non-qualified divers. Join in this event and help promote diving for all.

Four opportunities to go pro in 2024 with Dive Friends Bonaire
Dive Friends teaches the Instructor Development Course (IDC) several times a year to students who are eager to share their passion for diving with the world.
Dive Friends is known for the personal approach throughout the course. Their in-house course director will lead the students through every essential step, mentoring them to achieve their fullest potential as a dive instructor.
Applications for the following IDC start dates are now open:

Partnership with Casita Palma
If the student opts for the IDC-Deluxe or IDC-Supreme package, their accommodation will be arranged for them at Casita Palma. This small and quiet resort is within walking distance from Dive Friends Bonaire’s main dive shop location and has everything you need to relax after an intense day of IDC training. Breakfast is included, so the student will always be fuelled and ready for their day.
